Sean did an outstanding job. I have worked with many contractors, but none as professional, punctual and honest as Sean. He came when he said he would and completed the job on schedule. The work area was clean. I will absolutely use him again for other jobs.

Sean is incredibly responsive. He is not 100% perfect in his work but he responds immediately and corrects any errors. For example the new toilet had a leak and he and his plumber came on the Saturday we discovered it and repaired then eventually had a new piece put in. We decided we needed one more track light for an area that was a little dark and he took care of it quickly. Any day that we emailed with a question or concern we got a response that day. He does quality work for a very reasonable price. Sean is what my parents would have called "salt of the earth." Carol

Great! Sean is very busy with larger jobs but was able to fit our project in during March. He was worth the wait. Good communication throughout the job, the work site was spotless when completed, on time and on budget. Other contractors weren't as familiar with the window brand (Integrity by Marvin) and Sean too the time to research the product to support proper installation.

We had 4 new windows installed: 3 regular and one large picture window with high impact glass. Each required some expert attention to rot and other particular surrounding problems. Sean did an excellent job. He is professional, polite, punctual, and responsive. A pleasure to work with. The new windows look great!

Sean was an absolute pleasure to work with. He listened carefully to everything we desired, provided very helpful suggestions and alternatives for cost-savings, followed exactly the design and details of the existing deck, and built a beautiful new deck! Sean showed up promptly to view the old deck, provided his estimate quickly and thoroughly, was happy to discuss alternatives for decking materials. We gave him a three-week window, three months into the future, for doing the work; he assured me that he would be available then and indeed he completed the job promptly and fully within the first week. His price was certainly competitive and reasonable for the quality of his work. Even though he was much in demand this summer, Sean managed to squeeze in my deck job and add it to his busy schedule. He was very prompt about answering my emails and phone calls, and we had great, clear communication -- which was the main reason I knew this job was going to turn out just fine, from beginning to end. And it did. Sean arrived and started the job on the day he had told me he would, and finished and cleaned up completely within a week's time. I wasn't actually there when the work was performed, but I trusted Sean's expertise and reviews. The finished deck looked EXACTLY the way I had pictured in my mind, and described on the phone to Sean. The slider was installed perfectly. No leaks, even in very heavy rain, and it looks just beautiful. Sean Thibert was professional, courteous, reliable, honest and just wonderful to work with. I would hire him again in a heartbeat, and recommend him highly to anyone. You will NOT be disappointed!

sean (and his partner, sean) are wonderful to work with- courteous, professional and efficient. i had issues with a plumber that was supposed to have work done before sean's work began and sean was supportive and flexible. he created a shed that tucks under my deck. his advice and creativity gave me just what i wanted. the shower enclosure was more beautiful and well-made than i imagined! he also did some appropriate ground work (digging drainage ditch and leveling) so that it is what i needed AND functional, solid and long-lasting. he goes the extra distance to make it better than requested and honors his estimated price.

I can't say enough good about Sean Thibert and his assistant, another Sean. He is a gem. He did exactly what he said he would do and did it in a professional manner. He does quality work and explains whatever might need explaining. He is pleasant, good mannered. and a hard worker. He guided us when we were uncertain but left all decisions up to us. He came across a few problems (some rotting wood) and replaced that for a minimal charge. I recommend him highly and we would have him do work for us in a second. As I said, Sean is a gem.

Sean set a date to do the work and kept to it. I could count on Sean's daily timely arrivals and departures throughout the entire storm-ridden and coldest week during the winter months. His work was adeptly and expertly accomplished. Sean kept very good contact throughout the process by texting and emailing answers to my questions, final billing, etc.

sean was responsive and easy to work with. i am a seasonal resident and he worked with me around times to meet and get the work done. my deck was dry and splintered and quality of original work was questionable. he honestly discussed with me what i needed and alternatives for solutions. the deck was more expensive because i chose synthetic boards, but i was given alternatives and time to make the decision. he was true to timing and price and the deck looks wonderful!

We got two estimates but we went with another builder, because he was able to start sooner. The other builder is going to start in April or May and Sean could not start until June or July. But they were fine. They came as scheduled and were always punctual. They explained what they can do and the different types of wood, pressure treated and that new type. We were very happy with them. They were very professional. They responded within a week, with their estimate. We had a list of questions and he answered them all.

Sean was prompt and professional throughout the entire process. He was wonderful to work with; the proof is that we have already scheduled him for some additional remodeling services. We asked four companies for estimates. Sean's price was one of the more reasonable, but we were more influenced by his professional demeanor and responsiveness, which was far above two of the other companies we had contacted. He was patient with all of our questions, no matter how small. If he did not know the answer at the time, he would research the options and get back to us within the next day or so. His work was meticulous and done within our scheduled timeframe. As another one of his clients stated earlier, Sean did all the work the way he would want it done if it were his own home. Although everything looks great, we were especially impressed with the care he took with the interior window trim. We do not have to repaint or re-paper any of our walls!

He always shows up on time and is very polite. He always calls you back and if there is a question he is more than happy to answer it. At this point I will probably recommend him.

The entire process was smooth and turned out better than I hoped it would. Sean looked at the project, explained how he thought it should be done, told me how long it would take and completed the work in the projected time frame. A great experience.

Each of the above projects went far better than we expected, although Sean came to us with great recommendations from friends of ours. What is unusual on our work listed above is that we were not present when the work was done. There were 4 jobs over a couple of years on our summer vacation home on Cape Cod. We were at our primary residence in Connecticut and working, so weren't there during the work at any time. It is typical here in the "seasonal" residences to have this situation. That said, we are in an area where everybody knows everybody, and friends and relatives would tell us how progress was. They didn't know that Sean was keeping us up to date by either cell phone or e-mail anyhow! In each of those jobs above, our instructions to Sean was to "... do it like it was your own home ..", and he did. When those minor decisions/changes come up during a project, he made each choice EXACTLY the way we would have wanted it. It was terrific. By all our reports from friends who drove by or stopped in, the work area was always left immaculately. Sean was neat and meticulous in the detail. He quoted and the price matched his proposal. Used quality wood on the internal trim work, and same in each of the projects. We will certainly bring Sean back for more work as it comes up. We also have recommended him to friends nearby, and they, too, were happy with his work.

Sean is very responsive. Always showed up exactly when promised. Did excellent work at a very good price. Recommended high quality materials. He was very neat and cleaned up each day. He really cares about making his clients happy. Nice, honest guy. He is very bright and communicates well. There were some confusions about the doors (wrong finish in handles and wrong kind of glass. Sean was extremely helpful in making it all right. I'd suggest that he spend a little time on doing more detailed contracts that list the specific materials. But overall, I would say he is one of the best contractors I ever worked with, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone. I am thrilled with the end results, which look great. He definitely cares about a quality outcome, and he will go to great lengths to make sure his clients are happy. A+ in my opinion.

I would consider using Sean. I am still in shopping stage of the project. So far Sean's quote has been the highest.

Sean was prompt in coming to review the job, and had some great ideas on this project. My "hobby" in retirement is woodworking, so I appreciated each item he suggested revisions to, and product suggestions as well. Since this is a vacation home, and it was January, we wanted him to handle it when he could, between other jobs, as we were in no rush, and not on the premises most of the time, except an occasional weekend. We suggested he could spend a half-day here and there, or work when his schedule allowed. That worked great for both him and us. We gave him his own key to the house and garage, and he kept in touch with us on a regular basis. In the visit we made during the project, we found the work area and all other areas to be spotless, no cutoffs, sawdust, or any evidence around that a project was going on. Sean completed the job in mid-January, exactly on budget. He also checked back when he knew we'd be here to be sure we were happy with the work, or had any issues open. The job went so well, we asked Sean to quote on a replacement deck, which we went ahead with, and will report on in another review. We also JUST arranged with him to complete the rest of the house window replacements, in the "off season" like last time.

We asked Sean to do this as a "fill in" project, using his available time between other jobs, since we would not be there or be concerned with a timeline. This worked out wonderfully for both parties. Even though we weren't there at all to oversee, Sean kept in contact with us on progress, and to handle any questions that came up. We also had neighbors communicate with us as to how excited they were to see the new deck in progress, but also to report how unbelievable CLEAN that Sean left the workspace each day. The deck finished up just exactly the way we wanted, and all up to code. We'd recommend Sean without hesitation.
