Description of Work: The owner and her #2 were but a few minutes late. The did a very thorough job cleaning the house, even helping to rearrange things (I had just moved in permanently). I will be using them monthly. I last used them about a year ago following an extended visit, and they did excellent work at that time.

Description of Work: Cleaned the apartment I was vacating in order to turn it back to the landlord. She tried to move the appointment to earlier in the day, but I hadn't completely moved out, so I told her to come back at the time I had scheduled. I have no complaints about the work, but she had quoted me $120 (based on accurate oral description I had given of the number of rooms, one of which I had already mostly cleaned), but when she sent me a text with the bill it was for $150. I thought it was a bit of a bait and switch.

Response from Nickerson Cleaning
I did quote $120 on the phone but when we arrived at the apartment the extent of the cleaning was far more than described over the phone. The place was empty but not a usual cleaning. It took a team of 3 over 2+ hours to clean an empty 4 room place. I did not feel that $150 was unfair or (bait and switch) as described in this review. To be fair I texted the customer before responding to this review and received no word back. I would not work for this customer again.
