I truly can't say enough about my roofing experience with Muto Construction - exceptional from start to finish! From the specs/pricing of the job, to the actual work, to interactions with the office - every point of contact was extremely professional and prompt. Owner Jasen Muto understands what the customer is trying to achieve, and has a great way of explaining technical things. He values quality and customer service, and instills that in his teams. I can't say enough about the workmen themselves. Polite, respectful, and worked their butts off. The project was finished in much less time than estimated, and looked fantastic. Clean up was great. An added feature that I really appreciated was a Project Manager came during the work and after to make sure everything was going well and I was satisfied. I already have plans for another project with Muto Construction in the near future, and have raved about them to friends/neighbors.

Incompetent and Unprofessional. I was introduced to this company through this site to fix some leaks in my ceiling in December, and the projects are still not completed in almost August. They kept telling me the leaks were caused by other problems, so I would have them problems addressed by them, but the leaks persisted. Finally, they were supposed to wrap up the job this weekend by installing some trims. They couldn't even do that. They said there were too much debris in the building, but the building is vacant and empty. See photos. There were days they wouldn't show up at all and some days they would only work for a couple of hour. It has taken nearly 8 months to do a project that would have taken less than a week if they were competent and professional. Aside from that, they also failed some permitting inspections with the town. I would not recommend this company.

The service assessed the project, offered a variety of service options, and respected my choice. They did the job in a timely manner and it came out well. I will rehire.

Jasen and his team did excellent work. They showed up early and stayed late......very hard working dedicated crew led by George. Completed a big job in two days. They were very respectful and took the necessary time to respond to my questions in detail. Meticulous clean up after job completion. Jasen was on site each day to check on the work.....impressed with his integrity.

Muto Construction recently replaced my roof and installed numerous skylights. I can not recommend Jasen, the owner of Muto Construction, the office manager Lisa, and the sales consultant and project manager Tony Fernandes more highly. The quality of the roof replacement and skylight installation is exceptional. As a result of Tony's extensive consultation with my wife and me regarding roof and solar skylight options, we were able to make informed decisions. Tony is a pleasure to work with and always answers his phone or returns messages in a timely manner. Tony had the interior finish work completed by Louis Painting. Incredibly well done. Tony also had Gordon from the Mid Cape Home Centers program the newly released VELUX Touch Remote. Gordon spent considerable time ensuring the remote functioned properly. I'm very thankful for Gordon's technical expertise and diligence.

Fabulous. They were prompt, reliable and cleaned up. Left property cleaner than they found it. Addressed all homeowners questions. Very knowledgeable about roofing and all construction matters.
