Excellent service, very hard-working crew, professional, prompt, and thorough. The crew followed good work and safety practices, were efficient, and worked very well together. Cleaned up all debris and left logs for firewood in appropriate lengths.

Mike and his team did a fabulous job; they were friendly, professional, safe, and fast! They started early and were finished with the entire job by about 2:30, which included all trees gone, all stumps ground down,, all debris removed, and COMPLETE clean-up of the yard. We would absolutely call Mike and his top-notch team again if we need more tree work.

Mike Roma has the best qualities I seek in a contractor: Knowledgeable (mike is an arborist as well as a guy with a chainsaw) Honest (he gave me an estimate and stuck to it) Safety Conscious (to the max) Punctual Communicative We have a lot of trees and Mike Roma is the only one we'll ever need to call.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience! I picked Mike Roma based on previous comments posted on Angie's List. I live out of state and had to make a decision from afar. I contacted Mike ahead of time and he went to the house to look at the issues and give us a quote. We had a delay on the closing of the house, but Mike adjusted his schedule to fit ours. They arrived exactly as promised and began work. They were very professional, courteous and knowledgable. Not only was Mike a great guy to work with, his four guys were also. It was very obvious that they take pride in their work. When they finished you would have never known that so many trees and bushes had been removed. They ground the stumps and removed any debris from the removal (along with a ton of leaves). My husband and I were just amazed and relieved as a few of these trees were dead and were a definite safety concern. We would highly recommend Mike and his team, and come Spring when the remaining trees bloom we will likely need some trimming done. We will be calling Mike once again!

They were completely aware of the loud machinery and disruption they may have been causing in the quiet neighborhood during their day and a half job - and they were incredibly professional, kind, and diligent about getting it done as quickly and painlessly as possible. It was a major change in the front yard and they were phenomenal about the cleanup. We would wholeheartedly recommend them again - in fact, we have a couple more trees that need to come down by the driveway and I'll be giving him a call soon!

Mike came to house as scheduled. He quickly surveyed the necessary tree work, offered some options and gave me a quote on the spot. He put me on his schedule and completed the work on time. The work was done on time, done exactly as discussed and a few dollars less than quoted. The property was cleaned up as if no work had been done.

We are very pleased with the stump grinding that Mike did at our house. The whole transaction from beginning to end was a very pleasant experience. Mike is a nice guy with a great personality with great knowledge about trees. The stumps were ground correctly (the job was not done correctly by another provider), and now there are no stumps above ground and we can plant grass. It really is important to get the right person for the job and we are glad we found Mike Roma Tree Service.

Mike and his crew came when promised; did the job and cleaned up after the job. Mike and his crew with their equipment made the job look easy - it wasn't (we had a garage nearby and the tree had five trunks). Mike sprayed our other trees to combat the pine borers which were attacking three other pine trees.

Mike delivered on the free estimate. He said he'd get the trees down, the stumps ground and then the brush chipped to the extent possible in the one day. He more than completed what we thought possible. We are delighted with his work and will definitely call him in the future. He and his crew worked like dogs all day -- (the price was a full 8-hour winter day rate). We got more than a full 8 hours of work. They arrived at 7:50 am and worked through until after 4 pm. The crew was courteous and meticulous, and raked and cleaned up after all work completed. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mike Roma's Tree Service. The guy was a straight shooter and great to deal with.

Mike came to the house and looked around the property, we told him what we needed done and he made a few suggestions, he gave us an estimate that day, we talked it over and called him and asked him to do the work. The work was done very quickly we were very satisfied.

I would call him before anyone else. He did what he said he was going to do and I am very pleased. Removed the stump, cleaned up, you'd never know any work had been done at the site (in a good way) Superb work.
