Description of Work: The worker that showed up to do the job was over an hour late. He did not seem to know what he was suppose to do. He left for another hour and returned with a few tools. He spent the entire day doing a job that Mike estimated would take 4 to 5 hours. Mike had to come to my house at the end of the day and get his worker together to leave. They both returned the next morning with a third person. This time they were an hour and a half late. The job was completed at 2PM. It was amateurish at best. I had to remind the office that they left the old door in my yard and if they wanted their check they could collect it at the same time they picked up the door. They did pick up the door and I paid them. Thank goodness they are gone. How these people came to be listed on Angie's List is beyond me. Again these guys are amateurs. Angie do your homework!

Description of Work: I met with both Mike and his Brother. They evaluated the upstairs rooms I intended to paint and determined that normal picture holes on sheet rock required patching to the tune of $35 a hole. This is unreasonable. I understand if this was a hole on sheetrock that required mud and patch layers to sand and finish but this was not the case. I had an entire house I would have upgraded them to but felt this was how they would operate through the entire process so decided against using them at all.

Description of Work: Mikes Crew were wonderful with excellent workmanship. They rebuilt a front deck, installed a storm door and fixed the rotting molding that it was attached to. They took down walls in the basement and added more support columns. They power washed the shingles on the outside of the house which made an amazing difference. Also they replaced a number of light fixtures in the house. Mike was always responsive and available to talk through options. I will be calling on them in the future.
