 + -1 moreI am very pleased with how this went, start to finish. Tom responded to calls promplty, provided an accurate estimate and produced excellent results. This was a complex job with a variety of work types that needed to be done. All were completed expertly.
Description of Work: Installation of a new hardwood floor, refinishing of existing softwood floor, stripped, refinished painted stairs, painting of older floor with exisiting paint cover in a circa 1915 beach house with freestanding studio cottage.

 + -1 moreArranged for him to do it in the off season - March. He was very flexible and easy to work with. I was also getting other work done with another contractor and was not there most of the time.
Description of Work: Refinished all floors in a 60 year old cottage, about 800-1000 sq. ft. He had to move all the furniture. "Can do" type of guy. very pleasant, nice work, takes pride in his work and is very experienced and responsible. I am not sure what the going rate is for this work but I was very pleased.
