Solange's Cape Cod House Cleaning

We hired this company for turnover cleaning of our rental. Solange and her team started strong with great cleaning, on time and efficient. Over the course of the summer - they arrived later, cleaned faster and less thorough (not returning furniture, not emptying out all of the garbage or replacing coffee pods, not sweeping the porch & deck as initially requested). By the end of our rental season we even had to ask them to return to re-clean. I also had a few missed cleanings that required me to call and remind her despite having sent multiple cleaning calendars by email & text. I would totally hire them for a one time job or my own house when Iâ m present to supervise the consistency of the job - but I wouldnâ t recommend her company for ongoing turnover cleaning unless you live close enough to check in and be sure your standards are being met. They ultimately did a good job cleaning but certainly not above and beyond to warrant the very high price ($100 more per cleaning than competitors). In the end, we had a disagreement on some additional charges that she wanted to charge us and in return she simply didnâ t show up to clean. Thankfully, we found a back up cleaner who was better, took the before/after photos we wanted, more organized (online calendar) and cost less - blessing in disguise. Weâ ll be moving on to this other company for our rental property.

Solange was very responsive and squeezed in a last-minute request. Her team was prompt, efficient and hard working. They cleaned everywhere and left my house spotless.

I paid the agreed amount for the amount of work requested through HA. The payment is automatic at the completion of the work. After the money was already paid from my account Solange began attempting to fraudulently scam me for an additional $225!!! To a Venmo!!! She has been harassing me for weeks and threatening to sue me! Its a real shame. The two women who came did a nice job and were pleasant and efficient. I reported Solange to this site right away and blocked her number but she is still sending messages thru the app!!! Ridiculous harassment and a scam!

Today was our first experience with Solange's House Cleaning service. The cleaning staff were punctual, courteous and professional. 2 staff members cleaning non-stop for 3 hours, and our home is spotless. We've already recommended Solange's service to friends.
