We contacted Tucker after a noticing missing shingles on our roof. Returned our call the same day to schedule a roof inspection.Showed up early to appointment in a company vehicle and dressed in identifiable company shirt. Did a complete roof inspection with photos that highlighted damaged areas of roof. Provided a detailed quote of work to be performed, in a Company folder with information on shingles, underlayments, ridge vent and warranty.(very informative).We signed the Proposal and gave deposit. Work was scheduled within two weeks. Work begins, crew shows up and covers all the landscaping with tarp system and did not use a dumpster but there own receptacle for the waste. We were so impressed how neat they were, all the waste and tarps were cleaned proir to any of the install. Removed the trim boards from house replaced with a new maintenance free trim. They used a screw system which left no sign of attachment. wiped down all the trim from hand prints when finished.(looks beautiful) roof was installed after the trim. shingles look great the workers were professional. The final cleanup of the property was as if the landscapers were doing it. Our front beds were cleaned and they used a leaf blower to clean walk and driveway. they left no stone unturned in the process of this project. We would recommend A2 Tucker Roofing again as they were recommended to us. Real professional job!
