Paul answered his phone when I called, which was more than I can say for other plumbers. He came over when he said he would, quickly assessed the problem with the faucet, gave me options and recommendations. He then quickly resealed the toilet. He was nice, knowledgeable, prompt, quick and I think reasonable priced. I have no frame of reference. I would definitely call Paul again.

I will never use any other plumber. We called and left a voice mail. The call was promply returned. Paul and an assistant arrived at our home on time and got right to work. We had a sink that made the most God awful banging noise when we ran one of the taps. He quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem. Super friendly and trust worthy. We were delighted to have found a plumber that was responsive (we had called others and never even got a response) and charged VERY reasonable rate. About one month later we had a toilet that was leaking and not flushing properly. Paul reccomended that we not mess around...replace the toilet. We said OK, and he showed up the next day and brought the replacement with him. Paul installed the toilet in no time at all...had everything he needed with him. Once that task was complted, we had Paul tackle half a dozen small plumbing tasks, from correcting a sink that had the hot and cold handles reversed, to installing some handicap bathroom fixtures. We could not be happier with his work, his attitude, his prices. We will use Paul for all of our plumbing needs and strongly reccomend him to family, friends, and Angies List.

He is local and he didn't charge an arm and a leg. He was professional and personable. He really gets along with the clients. He gave me his number so I could call him anytime to answer any questions I had.

We loved Paul as a person which makes this review difficult to write. When I first called him, he returned my call immediately. We arranged a time for him to see the area where the tank would go and he have us a very fair price. We told him we wanted to go ahead and have him do the installation. He told us to buy the heater. After numerous calls and returned calls, delays, and waiting, we continued without installation. We had a tank delivered and sitting in the basement for three weeks before we finally called another plumber. That plumber was about 20% more expensive but they came the day after I called and installed the tank in under 4 hours. We really liked Paul as a person and I think if you can get him with some availability he will probably do a nice job for you.

I was not getting any hot water for almost 4 days when I called Paul he was ready to help me as soon as possible. He made time and even though he was unfamiliar with the unit he called the manufacturer and got the answers. This was a fairly new hot water tank in a brand new home leas than 3 years old so I was able to get the parts under warranty. I never even thought of that. I would definitely use Paul again.

Paul had to order the parts to fix the running toilet -model has been discontinued. He arrived on time on the scheduled day and performed all the work in a professional manner. Cleaned up the work areas and was very helpful answering my questions. Excellent work and would highly recommend Paul.

Paul came out and we discussed the problem and he fixed it.

Quick response to phone call. Paul was there the same day. Connected new kitchen sink and disposal. Tricky plumbing work was required but easily accomplished. Also got advise on maintaining water heater. Paul carries many parts on his truck so he is ready for any needs.

Paul was extremely responsive and came over the day we called him. He fixed both issues, replacing the outside faucet and even picking up on a some defective work of the builder that contributed to the faucet problem. We will definitely use him again!

I am very happy with my choice of plumbers. Excellent job.

He is efficient. He has reasonable price. He makes sure everything is cleaned up when he leaves. He does what needs to be done. I have used him a couple of times. I am very pleased with him.

He's quick. He's easy and he's in and out. He's fair on the price. I had an emergency and he did not overcharge me. One thing that I really notice about him is that he just knows what he's doing. He came in and knew what to do. He also was clean and neat, which I liked.
