Received a call on Thursday Aug 8, 2013 informing me that Nhance would be at the house on Mon. Aug 12th, 8am for 2 days of work. 2 workers showed up right at 8am and began work right away. Took half hour lunch and continued till 4pm. Left kitchen clean. We were able to use kitchen to prepare dinner. Next day arrived 8am and by 3pm had finished kitchen and the 2 bathroom vanities. We were able to use kitchen and bathrooms but were told to be careful and not to get water on wood for 3days. Cabinets and vanities look brand new. When workers left they informed me that someone would be by to drop off a touch up kit. Received a call today asking if I was satisfied with the work and someone would drop off a touch up kit tomorrow

They did a great job and were very professional and on time. They were very knowledgable about what they were doing.

I was a little skeptical about the results but this was substantially cheaper than replacing the cabinets. We wanted to go from liight oak to a darker wood to contrast with a new island and match our new granite counters. Patrick Greally (proprietor) was professional from start to finish. He offered to take a door and refinish the back for us to see what it would look like in terms of color - all without committing to anything. We had to wait months for our counters to be ready and Patrick was very good at checking in every few weeks to check on progress. We had 11 double cabinets to refinish and Patrick and Rich took five days to complete the job. Each day the prepared the area and at the end of the day they cleaned up after them. I made the garage space available to them to setup a spray booth which saved them time and made it easier to match the doors to the frames. as the job progressed Patrick was careful to get our opinion on how dark we wanted to go (each coat is a very subtle shift in shading allowing for precise coloring). I have to say then on completion it looks like we have a brand new kitchen. The cabinets look outstanding and they are a perfect color. Patrick provided a very professional and friendly service and I would highly recommend his services to anyone on the South Shore. I told Patrick he can use us as a reference any time. DO: pick your new hardware to match your new doors and have them available at time of job. Do: make space in garage available if possible (not required) Don't: underestimate what a difference this can make (our friends think we bought a new kitchen until we enlighten them)
