Mark came exactly when scheduled, and promptly diagnosed the electric problem. We were thrilled and luckily it was an inexpensive fix! We'll definitely ask Mark to do electric work for us again! A great experience all around, highly recommend.

Mark and his coworker Brian are great. Arrive on time, get right to work. They explain everything. Mark first came over to give me an estimate on all the work. As promised, 3 days later, I received the estimate via email. Day 1: the basement wiring was a mess. Mark and Brian added much needed recessed lights to basement and one going down the basement stairs. They also installed new switches. Cleaned up after they were done day2: They arrived on time again, finished re-wiring all the messy wires in the basement and changed all the outlets. Recessed lights were added to the kitchen, Next will be the recessed lights in the living room and change to a 200amp service. That will be the big job. Mark is very professional and I will definitely work with him again,.

We recently purchased a beachfront home on Humarock. A neighbor recommended him and boy are we glad he did. Mark's pricing was several thousand less than the competion. He arrived on time every morning with a smile on his face, explained to me what he was going to do that day, cleaned up after every visit and finished the day with an explanation of everything he had done. He was a consumate professional with a wealth of information. My husband and I just can't say enough nice about him. I have had several of my neighbors come over and see his work and I have given out his number to each of them. The electrical work that was in the house when we purchased it was a fire hazard and now everything is wonderful. I will be happy to answer any questions any members may have about his level of service, level of experience and overall professionlism. Rarely do you find someone these exceeds your expectations but this professional did.

Mark is so personable and he noticed that I was painting the kitchen. I told he that I was going to attempt tiling for the first time and Mark offered some excellent advice. He went out to his truck and took off all the outlets in the area I am going to tile, taped them so I wouldn't get shocked and replaced the screws with extra long ones so that I could safely tile and not have to have the outlets hanging down. Mark also had the light bulbs for the hood!I will not hesitate to call Mark again, he is an excellent electrician and also a very nice person.

This is the second time we have used Driscoll - they are great, very professional and they know their stuff. My only complaint is that they seem to have to send 2 people, which means we are paying for labor for a second person who basically only went to a truck to fetch a ladder.

Our overall experience was outstanding. I will use Mark for every electrical project I have in my home and will continue to refer him to anyone who needs work in the greater Boston area (I've done so already to a number of friends -- all have had the same response I did). I should add that my 2 year old daugher adores him too!
