+ 0 moreIt's rare these days to find a professional who not only gives you a great job but also comes in on time and budget! Tremendous energy was put into sanding and preparing our home for staining/oiling which was no small feat considering the size of the house and the harsh shoreline elements it has been exposed to over the years. Chris Toscano, the company owner, personally explained the procedures he planned to use and took the time to show us each step including how the product tint we chose would look. We watched his crew work tirelessly to bring our house back to life. The team of workers he assigned to our home were professional, courteous, respected our property and took great pride in their work. Mr. Toscano took the time time to contact us when he was running behind schedule for our initial meeting to estimate the job and continued the practice to notifying us of the daily start time. We give Toscano Fine Finishes, Inc our highest recommendation!
Description of Work: Prepared the house for staining the exterior red cedar; covered or rinsed adjacent plantings to protect them from the sanding of the house; power washed the exterior, fully sanded the exterior then washed all residue; covered greenhouse exterior windows to protect them from the stain/oil; cleaned work area daily; cleaned all windows (138 of them) after the job was completed; provided a schedule of work and contacted us on the one or two occasions when they were running late; accommodated our schedule; completed the job to our satisfaction and honored his contract price regardless of unforeseen extra work and still used a top of the line product.
