Pilgrim paving

Pilgrim came in thousands less than other bids. Quality was excellent. I am hard to impress but Pilgrim impressed me.

Pilgrim was very professional to work with. They came out promptly and priced the job and scheduled the work not too far into the future. They also called the day before to confirm the appointment stating they would be on site at 730 AM. They arrived right on time and went to work. The job was completed early afternoon. The new driveway is pitched correctly and looks great. Pilgrim's equipment is all new and top notch. All the employees were friendly and professional. I would definitely use then again or recommend to friends and family. A+!

Overall a really good job. The test will be during the next rain to make sure the grading is correct A little tough to get on the phone. A lot of trading voice mails to schedule but it worked out fine.

The work was done in a timely manner and appeared good at first. However we have been unable to get him to return to fix areas that hold water. Very difficult to contact them. Calls not returned. Appointments not kept. So far not living up to warranty. May take legal action.

Driveway is quite large. Pilgrim provided timely estimate (all estimates were comparable) We did have an issue with edges but they came out right away and fixed problem. Also turn around slightly smaller than agreed upon. Overall we would recommend this company very happy with end resulton estimate

They did a good job. I would recommend them to others.

WHEN THEY FINISHED PAVING DRIVEWAY I WAS GOING TO PAY HIM TO SEAL COAT IT IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS OR SO. HE COULD HAVE TOOK MY MONEY BUT INSTEAD EXPLAINED TO ME THAT I SHOULD WAIT FOR ABOUT ONE YEAR, GIVING NEW DRIVE TIME TO SETTLE. THAT WAS THE RIGHT THING TO DO . ALL AROUND

The overall work crew and the job was done well. My only negative was two missed starting dates.

No problems. Arrived on time for both the estimate and the actual work. Finished on time as well. They did an excellent job and we would use them again.

Had appt for a quote to sealcoat driveway. Company never showed up, I made 2 phone calls and company never returned phone calls. Wasted my day off waiting for them!!!

THE PRICE WAS GREAT! I ALSO LIKED THAT PILGRIM PAVING ASKS FOR NO MONEY UNTIL THE WORK IS COMPLETE AND CUSTOMER IS SATISFIED. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND I WOULD DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.
