He said he was going to come and do in person estimate. He never made it and he called me a week later. When he called me he said "hello this is Jay Jay's pool I said I'd call you tomorrow and I haven't called you for over a week, then he gave me a some big story about taking his son to a baseball tournament and he wouldn't be back the following week and I said "no, that's okay. We're going to go with somebody else and he wasn't too happy but. I would not use this provider in the future.

They went over their original estimate by more than $1000.00. They cut threw an underground electrical wire. They also had to relocate one skimmer that was in the way of the new stairs they installed and in doing so completely made a mess of the concrete where the old skimmer was. They also left the landscaping around the pool a mess and littered the area with cigaret butts and coffee cups. During the summer we noticed we had to add some water to the pool and their response was it was due to hot weather evaporating the water. After we closed the pool for the season we noticed the water level dropped by two feet in a couple of weeks and called them. Jays brother came out and could not find any holes. He wanted to come a couple more times to see where the wate level stopped that way he would know what level to check. on his third visit he asked us to fill it up a couple of feet to see if it stopped at the same level again and we did. in the mean time the cold weather set in and it all froze. We called jay jays and were assured we would be checked out as soon as the weather permitted. Durring the winter months we had warm enough weather to melt the ice and when that happened it must have continued to leak out. In February we noticed the cover had fallen in and broke the ropes we had securing it to the fence and pulling in the blocks we had on the cover. The water had leaked out to only about one foot left in the deep end, 32,000 gallons of water gone!!!! When I told jay about this he assured me he would take care of it. He also suggested that i through the pool furniture into the pool and call my insurance company to and he would write up a claim. When i said i would not he laughed and said he was only joking. But here it is June 13th 2014 and Jay Jay pools has not done a thing about it. We have called him MANY times and he says he will come over but he never shows up or calls. In my opinion Jay Jay pools service of Whitman MA is not a reliable company and should be avoided.

They were very reliable and did a good job.

Very well great service

Fine. Gave me a three hour window and showed up between the first hour and last hour. Performed all necesarry matters for pool, even put on second pool cover that I had, even with asking them to do it. Put the jet diverters and baskets away for me.Huge load off of my mind because while it's not that difficult to close a pool with several folks helping, it's findig the several folks that WANT to help. Also, advised me about decking and that they also work on wood decks and concrete decking-- I need help next year on this!

Really nothing to report. They have always come when they were scheduled, performed their services promptly and no problems.

After several calls over a 2 month period, for an estimate on a new cover and a pool cleaning, only 1 was returned and that one promised to have someone call back which never happened. I subsequently moved on to another provider. Not what I was expecting at all from a provider with the apparent good ratings on Angie's list. Very much a case of over promise and under deliver (or in this situation not deliver at all). I absolutely will not reccommend this company and in fact will steer people in another direction.

They are very reasonable and very workmanlike. They were very good. They take care of things that we need to be done. They replaced the liner for us.

fantastic jay jays was great.alot better than my moving company.

I have used them before and there are never any problems. They installed a liner before this and that looks amazing as well. They are hard working and reliable even if you are not home. I would recommend them to anyone.
