Description of Work: After reading the outstanding reviews on Angie's list I contacted Elite Floors. The person who answered the phone said "This is Carl" I had to ask "Is this Elite Floors?". I scheduled an estimate visit this morning at 8:30am. Yesterday afternoon Carl called me to confirm today's appointment at 8:30am. At 8:50 this morning I called the office and left a voice message as I had not heard from Carl. I stated I would be leaving for work within twenty minutes. At 9:10 I received a phone call from Carl's assistance who was riding with him. He stated they had to drop a crew off in Gloucester this morning and were on their way but got delayed with traffic. Would it be okay if they arrived at 10:30am. I informed them I wish I had received a call from them sooner. At this point I was done!! I am truly disappointed.

Description of Work: PURCHASED CARPET AT THEIR SHOWROOM AND THEY PREPARED MY HARDWOOD FLOOR AND INSTALLED THE NEW CARPETING.
