Eamonn is extremely conscientious, on time, & eager to please. He is a pleasure to work with. When there was a problem with anything or even a change of mind, he was quick to fix it. He is very neat & organized, & insists that his subcontractors be the same. He was careful to clean up after each day's work. His pricing seems fair, but he tries to do quality work. Note that he does not like to give an estimate until all fixtures are picked out.
Description of Work: Eamonn & his subcontractors fully gutted & remodeled our main bathroom, installed new sink, vanity, tub, & tile, including a fan & heated floor. They also partially remodeled a master bathroom, replacing all fixtures, vanity, shower door, accessories, fan, etc., essentially all but new tile. Vanities had granite or marble tops.
