When Jean came out to clean out my laundry vent he discovered that the builder had never actually cut the hole for my dryer to be vented. Jean was so alarmed that this was an extreme fire hazard and against building code that he called his manager and asked if he could drill the hole and install my laundry vent line for me. Jean was so helpful and friendly and I thank him for saving my life!

The dryer vent technician was very prompt in arriving. He clearly explained in detail the tests he was conducting and quickly corrected the problem. He left the area in clean condition.

Overall, this vendor met my expectations. However, there were a few glitches. The tech called to cancel my first appt while I was waiting for him to arrive. I had to make the call to reschedule and got no preferential treatment even tho they caused the cancellation. Then just moments before the scheduled time for the second appt, they called to reschedule to a later time. When making the first appt, they also told me only the $39 evaluation cost to determine if my setup "meets code". It was the tech when onsite who told me of the additional $225 cost for the actual service.

Had starlings nesting in my dryer vent. Jeff was prompt courteous and efficient. Cleaned vent installed bird proof ventcover and brought venting up to code. I would recommend Dryer Vent Wizard.

These people really know what they are doing. The Servive man came into the house, listened patintly while I explained the alleged problem and then went to work collecting all the info that he needed to make an assessment of the problem. When he was through his measurements showed that we were not in need of a cleaning at the present time and he did not try to sell it to me. He also commented on the layout of the venting system and said it was very well done ! I was extremely impressed with this Company and their employees and would have them again.
