Computer Center of Hanover

I mentioned Angies List and the shop owner said he had dealt with many people referred by Angie. I was told he only had one or two reviews. He told me it would cost $179.00 just to look at my computer because the operating system was so old. He suggested I might buy a second hand computer from him. I told him I would think about it. I left the cpu. Two days later I returned and took my cpu back. There was no charge. I thought his used computers were overpriced. I don't plan on returning.

The experience was somewhat unpredictable at the start but John and Drew put me at ease and told me everything would turn out okay and it did!!!!

They sent Drew out to my home to help with the problem. He was very knowledgeable and quick. He found the problem and instructed me on what I should be doing to back up the system. While he was here he also cleaned up some other junk that had collected on the computer. After he left I had a problem with my e-mails and called him the next day. He walked me through the solution to my problem over the phone. He was very patient and helpful. I should have been able to figure out the e-mail thing myself.

They've always been very responsive, did an excellent job, and got the work done. Service has been excellent. I highly recommend them.

Great. My Dell died after 4 years and I needed a new computer. I heard the Computer Center advertised on the radio, checked them out and had them build a brand new hard drive complete with up-to-date necessary software, etc. A few months later, my grandson attempted to plug his iPod into the USB port backward, forced it, and broke it. Computer Center replaced it easily. How do they do ALL THAT?
