Their response was great! I had no luck with several other companies due to the fact that they were still trying to catch up from the powerful storms we had earlier in the year. Some did not even respond to my call even though I left my number. I asked the arborist for a referral and she gave me Chris Glynn's name. I found this company to be very responsive to my questions and they arrived when they said they would. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family or friends.

Chris & John from Glynn Tree experts are great guys and they have a really good crew working for them. Estimate they initially gave us was very good and the work performed was even better. They were fast & efficient - very well organized! Very happy that we went with them. An extremely good "value" to the services they provided. We'd highly recommend them to anybody!

It's hard to find quality these days coupled with professionalism but these guys embody both! They showed up with an army of men and left zero debris behind. It was almost impossible to imagine how many trees they removed and the time frame in which it was performed. They were onsite by 9am and done by lunch time. Will not even hesitate next time I need someone out, good to have go to solution for tree removal in the south shore! Book them in the off season if you can, it's actually a very good time to have this kind of work performed. Note I took three estimates and these guys actually came in within $50 of their competitors....cost neutral, but impossible to put a price on quality/peace of mind.....go with them and be glad you did!

Chris and his crew were punctual, professional, and did a fantastic job. His communication from the estimate through to job completion was excellent. They showed up 15 minutes before they were scheduled to start. As soon as the clock hit 7am, they went to work. One complaint I have about most home service providers is always feeling nickel-and-dimed. With CGTE, I never felt that way. I even asked them to remove a smaller dying tree at the last minute and they said no problem and no charge. They cleaned up everything to the point where you'd be hard-pressed to tell they were ever here. The guys working were friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. On the whole, it was one of the best home service provider experiences I've ever had. Well worth the money and we are very happy with the results.

.Great. He has done work for my father before and he knows what he is doing- recognizes disease, trims what needs to be trimmed and is good about saying when a tree has to come down or not.

They performed wonderful service. They were very professional. The cleanup was wonderful. All three crews were very professional and efficient.

They were excellent. They came back within a week after the estimate and removed everything. They saved two pear tree we thought were non-salvageable by pruning them way back. They came out much better than we thought they would. Took care of all the tree work without any issues. They even ground some extra stumps from some bushes I had already removed without saying anything about it. Clearly take pride in their work, were very reasonable with price, responsive and did some extra work while they had their equipment out without charge. Thank you. We would definitely use you again.

Chris has removed many trees from my property over the last 15 or more years. Every job has been done on time (or sooner) and for the cost as quoted. His crew is professional and polite and have always done an excellent job with clean up before leaving. Glynn Tree is an excellent tree service and I highly recommend them for any tree work. One of the best contractors I have worked with over the years.

Chris Glynn's Tree Experts lived up it it's name! They arrived exactly when agreed, quickly got to work and left the yard spotless. The crew is professional and respectful. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Everything went smoothly at first with the company cutting down two trees and grinding two stumps. When the foreman came to the door to collect, I told him to remember to grind up a stump that Chris (who was not there) said was included in the price when he was there pricing the job. He said that the equipment was already gone and his son would be back in town on Saturday and would grind it up. I left a message for Chris telling him what the foreman said. Saturday came and went and the stump was not ground up. I called Chris and left a message asking him grind up the stump. He called me back and yelled at me that it was all my fault that he was going to have to send out the equipment again at his cost, and that when we had spoken on the phone I should have specifically stated that the stump needed to be ground up. He took no notes when he priced the job. He yelled at me until I told him to go away. I wound up paying for something I didn't get. He was extremely unprofessional and I wouldn't use him if you want to actually get what you paid for.

Chris Glynn was hired to remove the 5 trees from my property. They showed up on the day scheduled, removed the trees and stumps and cleaned up all the debris. The workers were friendly and very professional. No complaints at all! I am a repeat customer.

We were extremely pleased and satisfied with the entire experience. The price was incredibly reasonable for the amount of work that was performed in our property. The crew of three male employees arrived in our property on-time. One of the staff explained the whole process as we walked throughout the property and inquired if we had any questions, concerns or special requests. Although this had already been explained to us previously, he reviewed all the steps and asked a number of questions in order to clarify everything. He also added that at the completion of the job they were more than happy to take care of any remaining areas that we may bring to their attention. All three employees were genuinely polite, considerate, conscientious and deferential. In addition, the staff illustrated a high level of knowledge, expertise and professionalism as they proceeded to perform their tasks. Most importantly, I was highly impressed with the hard working character and caring attitude that the crew exuded in the performance of their duties. At the end of the job, our property looked tidy, well-kept and beautiful. I felt the quality of this company's service was outstanding and the workmanship of the employees just exemplary.

We hired Chris Glynn's tree experts to remove a rotting tree from our property. They asked us to show them where our septic tank was located, which we did. Rather than taking note of what we told them, they spotted the outlet pipe from our neighbors tank which borders our property, assumed that was ours, and proceeded to drive right over our tank. They caused $1500 in damage. While the company has insurance they did not want to submit a claim since it would raise their premium. So they claimed we didn't tell them the correct location and offered to split the cost with us. We felt we didn't have a choice since taking them to court would just involve a he said/he said. They also said they could not remove the tree for us since it was impossible, given where they now understood our septic tank to be, to reach it. Funny how the next company we hired had no problem driving around the septic tank. The tree was removed by another company for 30% than Glynn was going to charge us. So, to summarize: out $750, no service provided, lots of aggravation. ***Update*** 8 months after this incident we are selling our condo and had a Title 5 inspection. We have learned that the extent of the damage to our septic tank was much greater than we were told at the time of this incident. There is a huge crack in the tank that was "patched". At the time we were told that it was only the septic tank cover that was damaged, and the invoice for the repairs that we received only lists repairs to the cover--there is no mention of a patch to the tank itself. The patch to the tank is considered unacceptable according to the inspector. We now have to replace the septic tank at an expense of almost $10,000.

They were prompt and did a good job. They seem to know what they were talking about. They gave a reasonable estimate and did the work the next week. They arrived on time, maybe a little bit early. They cleaned up everything. They had two or three guys working and they finished the job in about three or four hours.

Chris came by to quote/estimate the work on Monday, including marking the trees to be removed and those to be trimmed, and scheduled a crew to come Tuesday morning to perform the work. Crew of 3 showed up promptly and worked incredibly quick, removing all trees and branches and cleaning up the yard afterwards. No damage to any other trees or our property.

They cleared many small trees, trimmed branches, and removed two large trees. They did an outstanding job! We were very pleased with their work, and the pricing was competitive. We would definitely use them again in the future.
