They responded to home advisor with a call on a Saturday evening to me......they even came out on a Saturday evening.......they diagnosed the problem and came back Monday morning with parts.......they knew what they were doing and that’s All I ask for and they fixed the problem.......will use again if needed.........by the way they were the only ones to respond to my request on Saturday.......

The pros who showed up were obviously experienced and knew what they were doing. They also would not look at things they knew would make no difference, unlike some I have hired in the past who turned out they just wanted to earn extra money for no benefit to me. We are just waiting for the email with the receipt.

They were really quick to respond to my call coming out to fix my hot water the day of the call. They worked from 4p-7p to get the job done the same day. The only con asked how much the part cost and receipt of this which they never answered. Otherwise they were great and I would use them again.

Romani was great. I reached out and scheduled an appointment through HomeAdvisor and he promptly called me to confirm. When he arrived, he was honest about what I actually needed to have done and what was a waste of money. Will definitely call again.

They didn't change the nozzles also didn't do appropriate testing left system running for 5 hours with their left jumpers on it the fan at bottom of machine had screw come off and was bouncing around .

Bucca Fix worked on installing a mini split into our master bedroom because the central AC didn't reach this part of the house. They were very responsive, diligent in their work and the price was reasonable. They even came back to check and ensure it was working after the electrician got power to the unit. They are very down to earth and I recommend them.

they were very friendly and did the job, but i have to wait to see if the job was good, beside that which is out of their hand everything was great.
