Never showed up! Now our gutters are full of leaves,frozen, and ready to break off!

The job was well done. Gutters cleaned very well and the clean up was excellent. There was a little delay in coming due to an employee getting sick. I received a call explaining the situation. These people are very friendly and easy to work with. I would use them again without hesitation.

I have called in Windows on Wheels twice a year to clean my gutters for at least five or six years. They have always arrived as scheduled and done a thorough job. My recent experience, however, is what prompted me to write a review. On Friday, October 26, I was listening to the emergency preparations that local officials were recommending home owners should do to prepare for the arrival of Super Storm Sandy. Cleaning out the gutters was one of those recommendations. I realized that my gutters were filled with leaves since I hadn't yet called for my usual fall clean out,so I called Windows on Wheels at around noon time and asked them to take care of them as soon as possible so that my house would be ready for the big storm. They answered that they were already booked up, but would see what they could do. At about 5:30 that same (Friday) evening, as it was already beginning to get dark, Windows on Wheels pulled into my driveway and cleaned out my gutters. Knowing my gutters were clear was a great relief to me as I battened down the hatches and sat down to wait out the storm. Although I had one of their $10 off coupons, I decided to pay them the full $125 as a small thank you for their superior response to my concerns.
