Cannot say enough great things about Timber Heights! Ryan and Russ are professional and are the best at returning calls/scheduling. We have used them multiple times and they are always our first call. Ryan went above and beyond to trim a limb over our pool to make it safe for our kids. Our insurance recently gave us 30 days to trim trees over our house… Ryan and Russ to the rescue! Highly recommend.

We'll everything was going well up to the point that they were awl most done when he was cutting a peace of the tree when it came down and smash on the top of my swimming pool and made a big dent on the wall of the pool. So he told me that he was going to have pool professional person to fix it which he did but I was not satisfied cause I could see the cresses from far away ,so I told him that I didn't like the way it look and that I wanted to be fix right and he said that I was not being fair cause it look good the way it was ,so I told him that he was the one not being fair cause my pool was not damage when he was taking down the tree. So I told him to call his insurance company and he said no cause he had a $500.00 deductible ,so I took the time to fine out who insurance company was and file a claim and after two months they paid me for the damage .

I felt the price was very good and they were, too. Some trees they chipped and the town hauled the rest away. I give them high ratings and would use them again in the future if needed.

They were terrible. They did take the trees down, they did clean up, and they did take the stumps away. However, it was the inconsiderateness of making their job easier that I did not like. I feel the repercussions of their appearance on my property now. They tore up an edging around my lawn. They broke my drain system and the watering system. They sent somebody over to fix it, but he did not even come close to fixing it. He did not test it. Somebody came over to fix the drain system, which they did. However, in the process, my watering lines were broken. I had to call them up and they had to send someone over to fix the watering supply. The person did not connect it up to the water source; he never tested it. I had to call in the original people, who had installed the watering system and they found eight leaks, all of which were done by their (this company's) truck. They came in from the street and drove in to where the trees were. They cut them down and instead of backing out they drove all the way around my house. The ground was soft and the truck was loaded. They ruined my lawn; it was terrible. I paid $900, which was good. I held back $200 until they came back and fixed the problems. The owner sent his father back to fix the problem. He was a nice gentleman. He fixed the drain system and leveled up my lawn. He spent a lot of time doing it, but in the process, he cut into one of my water lines, which resulted in a leak. They were almost too punctual. They started the work before I was at the house. They did not follow through my instructions, but I would not complain about their punctuality. They were unprofessional, though. One guy, who was working for them, was very unprofessional in the way he approached my concerns about all the damage he did. I will never use them again in the future.
