Jeff the owner performed excellent service for removal of my basement mold Issues.

My cellar flooded and PSI came to my rescue. Jeff and his crew cleaned up the water and did the demolition promptly and took care of the mold. His painter prepped and painted my paneling, Jeff the owner laid down a vinyl tile floor on an uneven foundation and managed to make it look just fine. His estimate was right on target and his price was better than the big name companies in the area. I am very pleased, they were courteous, professional, on time, and worked within my budget.

Jeff was exactly what we were looking for ! We had several issues with water Damage, mold wood rot. Jeff developed a logical, efficient and effective plan that allowed us to save some money by doing some things we were able to do and allowed Jeff to do what he does best... the professional work. He just finished our projects in an appropriate time and solved even several problems that were uncovered the further he got into the project at only slightly more than the original price quoted. We will be contacting him to transform a half bath/washroom into a beautiful full bath/laundry area ! Jeff... Thank you ssooo much for first explaining how you were going to resolve our existing issues and then carrying forth with your resolution smoothly, efficiently and effectively !

Half-axxx con artist. I found out his license was expired when I hired him. DO NOT BOTHER CALLING HIM TO DO ANYTHING TO YOUR HOME. He is a used car salesman. He claims he has a crew and can work around the clock to get the job done. His crew is his children. He claims to be a general contractor and can do everything from flooring, drywall repair to mold removal. He does not know how to do any of it and we had to hire new contractors to come repair his work. His shoddy job, along with using the cheapest materials possible was a huge waste of time and a lot of money. He took us for A LOT of money and I do not want that to happen to you. He improperly installed a vinyl tile floor and now the glue is seeping up through the tiles and causing the chairs to stick to the floor. He refuses to come fix the floor because he knows the only way to fix it is to rip it up and redo the entire floor. Crappy workmanship on every project hired to do.

Jeff is a con artist he you will be sorry you ever hired him. He came in to spray the mold remover in our attic and to close off a pathway from master bedroom to living room and make it a closet. Simple yes. Not for Jeff. He used the cheapest materials and liquid nails to ruin this idea we had. When asked about the comets that were not square he told me to buy more liquid nails and finish it. Like I didn t pay him over 400 dollars which he said it would be to make this look awful. Had to hire a Real Contractor to take off his sorry cheap crap down and redo it right. Don t be fooled by the way he makes like he knows what he s talking about he doesn t.

Jeff is a no-nonsense strait talker. Kept all his promises. Fine work. Good value.

Hired him to remove mold from my house, the air quality testing confirmed that there is a mold in my house after he removed it. Never received a report for him so I had to hire someone else, just to find out the mold its still there. He also did some other projects for me, I trusted him but noting was done properly. Poor communications, did not do what was he asked to do.

Nice job with demolition, repair, and rough reconstruction. Showed up when promised, cleaned up well after each work day. However finished carpentry work - sheetrock/taping/sanding - prep for consumer prime & painting was marginal to poor. Would recommend Jeff and PSI for jobs not requiring the finished carpentry

Jeff, is the owner of this business. He is a pleasure to work with. He is on time, comes prepared, is extremely professional and pleasant. His quote for the work is very fair and a good price. My house looked absolutely beautiful when he finished and the roof was cleared of the growth on it. I would definitely recommend him and his company.
