+ -1 moreThis was the first outfit that I was entirely pleased with. Randall was very knowledgeable about the products he works with and was able to match the windows on our old farmhouse. The price was right. I was apprehensive about the installation on this funky old building but they came with the A team crew and changed them all up in two days. I was amazed. They came steadily and stayed completely on our job, working long days to finish forthwithly. I look forward to working with Window Works again in the future. Straight up solid work for a good price.

+ -1 moreMany of the existing window frames were cockeyed with thick paint on the sashes and frames. The workmen were neat, lead-safe, disturbed the existing paint very little and gave us beautifully fitted windows. Now everybody in the house can open windows and have screens. Randy measured twice and completed the work faster than expected. He also was great at discussing window and exterior wrapping options. He helped resolve a lot of questions and came up with a really affordable solution.
Description of Work: Randy and the Window Works team replaced 24 ancient windows with great new, vinyl windows.

+ -1 moreRandy himself came out to do the estimate and measuring, twice. Then the work was scheduled, and his son and another worker came out for three days or so to do the work. They had to take out the existing doors and put in the new ones on autumn days, so they did one at a time, making sure the house was cleaned up and could be re-locked up securely each night. They came back one day to bring the new screen doors. Both Randy and his son were very professional, polite, and easy to work with.
Description of Work: Randy Roberts' team replaced our rotted-out French windows and doors all along the back of the house -- a big job. They were polite, prompt, and professional, and the work looks lovely. They were working here at the house on days when we weren't here sometimes, and I had no concerns about that. We didn't do enough comparison shopping, so I'm not sure about the price, but it was certainly reasonable, and they were willing to work with us to get the price down a bit. (We're going to finish the painting of the doors in the spring.) We were very pleased.

+ 0 moreThey come in and do the work. He gave me a quote which was pretty firm after he had looked it over. He has his staff that he works pretty closely with. They do good work. I have known them and I know they are honest. I know that they are reputable. I feel very comfortable with them. Their pricing is generally standard.
Description of Work: I used Window Works for some window replacement and I used him to replace a roof last summer. We used a new type of technology on our roof that had a problem. The person's name is Mr. Randall Roberts.

+ -1 moreRandall Roberts is the owner. The slider replacement cost me about $2500. My first experience with them was with the basement renovation. Randall was recommended to me by a colleague. He was an easy person to work with. I would recommend him because he is polite and he listens well. He is efficient and has great suggestions. He and his crew clean up after themselves. They are reliable and they come out on time. They are very amenable, flexible, and willing to please. He is terrific overall. I will use this company again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Window Works, seven months ago. They took out an old 8-foot slider and replaced it with a new one. Before that, a year ago, they had completely renovated a basement to make it a finished room.
