The provider has two locations, and when we went to pick up the castle, we were told it was "on a truck" on its way from the other location and we'd have to come back. If I'd known that I could have picked it up from the other location as I was in that area anyway. When we went back later in the day we waited for nearly ten minutes before someone greeted or helped us. We were told we'd easily be able to transport the castle in a pickup truck. When they had to load it with a forklift that should have been a red flag. No matter, we were able to get it home and unpacked fairly easily. When we inflated the bouncy castle it had quite a bit of debris inside, and one area had a huge duct tape patch which worried me. Also one of the blowers had had its ground plug sawed off, which was another red flag. The kids had a great time on it at my daughter's birthday party. However the next day we had just a few kids bouncing in it and both blowers suddenly stopped working. Fortunately my husband was right there and he was able to rescue the trapped children. The inside of the bouncy castle had a maze and the only way out was over a slide, which was deflating quickly. It was a traumatic ordeal. We were unable to get the castle loaded back onto our pickup because of the weight, so when we called to tell them about the incident and to ask for pickup, we were told it must have been our fault or a problem with our electric (it wasn't). And they charged us a ridiculous amount to come pick it up. Plus when they did pick it up they left the stakes and blower here so we had to go back and return those. I won't be renting from them again.
