They're the best. They're first-rate and these guys are all really highly qualified. It's quite a staff. You can bring them bugs or diseased leaves and they will isolate them and track the stuff down. We go there from spring to fall probably once a week, maybe once every two weeks. We're always doing stuff there. They also have people there who are involved with the UMass extension service as a lot of their people are graduates of UMass Agricultural College. They know what they're doing and they also help sponsor part of a thing called the Master Gardeners project. It's a statewide thing. They train a lot of volunteers to answer questions from the public and so forth and run training every two years and they select about ten people from each county. They're very good. The price is a little bit more than what you pay the big box home improvement store retailers. But, if you ask somebody at one of those stores something, they know less than what you know and the bags are all ripped open. If you ask them a question you get a blank look; they are just cashiers. They carry top-line products and you get what you pay for. They kick in stuff too. When you buy stuff from them and then show up to buy more they say, 'No, just take it.' They're big in the community and they take care of the little league teams. They're absolutely terrific and I'd hate to lose them.
