Gutters were done very well, but the repair was not successful. I am pleased to hear Gutterman is still in business in our locale.

I was satisfied with what he did, but at the same time if I am going to get new gutters or anything I would definitely put him in some mix for myself but I'd still look at other people. His price was reasonable.

They arrived on time and were done quickly. This is a small job but the roof is too high for my ladder to clean all of the gutters.

He was very efficient and did a thorough job.

I saw that they had only one or two reviews on them on Angie's List but I took risk to call them and they agreed to come out. They did tell me that the owner who represented their company was very ill but I called and two men came out cleaned the gutters, cleaned up well after they finished. I spoke to the lead man about a leak in the sink which happened to be over doorway and he said that he would try and come back to see what he could do for me. I think that some of the people from this company had cleaned up yard couple of years ago and did a good job. The lead man actually knew what he was doing.

From the day Mr. Messier came to provide advice and an estimate, we were very unimpressed. We hired him because we thought we'd gotten a good recommendation for him, but it turns out that it was just a friend suggesting the only gutter company he'd heard of--thanks to a prominent sign along the local highway. Here's a list of things that didn't go well: •The original estimate was completely illegible--and the revised (legible) version had a higher total price. •He ordered the wrong materials (dark brown instead of white). •The installation was delayed numerous times for various reasons. •He forgot to install ice cables when he did the job. He called almost immediately for full payment, and he still didn't know he'd forgotten the cables. •The gutter guards he used seem flimsy and cheap (among the cheapest available), and his mark-up was 300% over online retail. •The ice cable installation is sloppy. On the plus side, though, he returned to discuss the bill and the unsatisfactory work, and agreed (begrudgingly!) to reduce the bill by 25%. He's a decent person and he means well. He claims to have many happy customers. We wouldn't recommend him, though: too much trouble and unsatisfactory results.
