+ 0 moreEverything was great! Mark and Ramon were were friendly and very professional. They arrived when they said they would be there. Everything was completed in a timely fashion. The tutorial they gave me on all the features of the new T.V. and how the sound bar works was great! I would highly recommend Mark and Ramon or the Geek Squad's service to my friends and family!!
Description of Work: Took down old T.V. and wall mount. Installed new wall mount, T.V. and sound bar.

+ -1 moreThe service was good. The item was on sale and they were actually sold out but they found one at another Best Buy store close enough that I could drive to. They did the paperwork and I drove to the other store to pick it up. They gave me good advice. They could have sold me another sand bar from a different company and told me that the sale one was crappy.
Description of Work: I bought a sand bar for a TV from Best Buy.
