Creative Space Shower Doors and More

They were nice enough to replace bathtub doors and frame which I did not purchase from them. One of my old doors broke, damaging the frame, and it was replaced by the manufacturer. Creative Space agreed to install it, arranging a prompt work date, arriving on time, they were very professional and cordial and accommodating, and took away the old products. It cost about what I expected, and was worth it for the quality of work and positive experience.

We contacted provider about the work via email and asked that they confirm that they provided this type of service. They responded affirmatively promptly and indeed indicated that the installer would be in our area the next day and would be happy to stop by to take measurements for an estimate. Unfortunately, this quick timing didn't work for our schedules, so we asked if they had another time that might work for the installer a week or so out. It was here that things went off the rails. First, it took several emails on my part to get a response back and several more before a meeting could be arranged. At this point, we were two or three weeks past the initial request for information. Still, the date was set. However, we were informed that it would not be the installer, but another individual coming to our home. That person arrived on time and we walked her through all of the closets and she took measurements, photos, and notes. She told us that since several of the closets had sloping ceilings as a result of their placement against our roof, the installer would indeed need to make a trip out for himself. Not ideal, but not the end of the world. She indicated that she'd check his schedule back at the office and get back touch within a day or two. After a week without hearing anything, I emailed her with no answer in reply. Several more emails over the next two weeks also went unanswered. Needless to say, we gave up on the provider. We cannot speak to their work. Their service leading up to the work itself, however, is obviously sub-par and unprofessional. If you must, I would suggest that you deal with them with eyes wide open and have a fallback plan in mind.

They measured for the glass, ordered it, called us when it was in, less than 4 weeks, and then came to do the install. I am very happy with the work, they showed up on time, were very neat, clean and professional with the installation, and I can't say enough about the difference in the quality of my new door. I would definitely rehire!

I think their prices were very reasonable, and I would use them again in the future.
