+ -1 moreTested several components looking for cause of the high limit switch being tripped resulting in furnace shutting down. Found the cause was burned out motor. Obtained the correct parts and replaced the burned out motor and a capacitor. Tested and configured the motor direction and speed so that heat flow was better than it had ever been. Excellent job. I'll be calling on Mark Jr for any HVAC or plumbing work in the future.
Description of Work: .Repaired the no heat condition of my gas furnace.

+ 0 moreIt went so smooth! They completed the job in a day! Before I committed, they walked me through the process of how switching from oil to gas would save me money. Also, using an energy efficient system also would not only save me money but it would be much cleaner. He also showed me how to access National Grid rebate forms from his website. I got back $1800 dollars in rebates. Mark Burke and his partner are very professional and I will continue to use them for all my heating and plumbing needs. I Highly recommend them!
