. I called Bill Dunn and he arrived next day and gave a quote. His men arrived next day and did the job. They were polite, professional and hard workers. They did a very good job quickly. I waited till today to review to be sure they caused no leaks. We had several days of thaw and no leaks therefore my review.

I hired Dunn Landscaping mainly because I'd often seen their trucks in the area. I had two large granite slabs I'd found at a salvage yard and needed someone to install them to replace the existing eyesore, modern concrete steps and landing at the front entry of my 220 year old house. Dunn quoted me what I considered a very reasonable price for the amount of work involved. Two gentlemen arrived on time with a tractor and worked for about three hours. I checked their progress occasionally and was relieved and impressed by their thoroughness. After removing the concrete and exposing the sill, they cleaned and flashed it, then excavated the area where the granite was to sit and filled the hole with crushed stone for a footing. They did a perfect job of positioning the two slabs in terms of height, slope and centering. When they had finished the cleanup I was delighted to see that the old granite looked like it had been there as long as the house. In the couple of years since the work was done, nothing has settled or shifted, and I'm very happy to have hired Dunn.

I use them during winter and I also use them during summer for landscaping. They are very courteous, do a good job and can count on them to come when you need them to.
