+ -1 morePeter's guys came, and fixed the problem better I could have hoped for. They not only sealed things up - they made it look nice!
Description of Work: It's hares to explain, but an architectural piece fell off the house. As a result, cold air entered the house, resulting in frozen pipes and water seeped in during every rainstorm.

+ 0 morePeter and his excellent team of Chris and Chris responded quickly to our now critical situation. They repaired and restored the underlying structural components, replaced the plywood sheathing and finished everything in PVC trim boards.
Description of Work: 2015 Winter weather, a sloppy roof shoveling and leaking skylights caused us to replace our roof, and in the process, replace our old Roto skylights with new Velux units. The roofing contractor found evidence of wood rot in set of corner boards and underlying structure.
