Mr. Palmer is one of those rare finds - the guy that can literally do anything you need. Found him through a friend, and he's been my go-to handyman for over 2 years now. Not only is he versatile and reliable, he's just a down to earth good guy that I know I can trust, and that won't overcharge me. His prices have always been very fair. The biggest job was having him completely redo my back porch that had been rotting and falling apart. He tore it out and built a completely new one that looks beautiful. I love it. He's come to my aid for many things, no matter how big or small. I can't recommend him enough.
Description of Work: Dave Palmer has done many assorted jobs for me including painting, replacing windows, building me a new porch, basic plumbing, door installation, fixing lightbulb structures and broken wires, fixing my heating system, and many other various handyman tasks over the last 2 years.
