She was incredible. She offered the best customer service of any business interaction I've ever had. Examples: Debi went to town hall to get septic/building plans so that we didn't have to take a day off from work to do it. She waited 8 hrs for a septic inspector to show up at the house we were buying. Debi spent all day overseeing the installation of a new septic pipe which the seller should have replaced earlier but didn't. She lowered her commission to make our offer more attractive to the seller (it worked). When a family emergency struck and my partner had to leave the country, she not only handled all the arrangements to push back the P & S signing, Debi invited me to her house for personal support. There were several concerns with the house and the seller initially baulked at addressing a few of them, but Debi managed to convince him that it was in everyones best interest to re-mediate the problems.
Description of Work: She acted as our buyers agent during the purchase of our home. She was always prompt, responsive, pleasant and honest.
