+ 0 moreMax was nice when he came to the house. Said he would be going on vacation at some point. At two weeks. I didn't hear from him, i emailed/texted/called asked if he was on vacation. No response. I waited thinking he was away- again/ email/text/call - NO response. after a month and half I sent him a text and said I understand if he is too busy for the project but it is poor that he never replied. Only then did he respond. I have NO interest hiring someone who waste my time. I understand busy - had he replied in the first two weeks he doesn't have the estimate and might be quite a while, I might have waited for him, but instead NO reply and wasted my time waiting for him.

+ -1 moreHe was easy to work with and kept us informed along the way with the permit troubles we had with our town. Once he started working he was very good at communicating the timeline. The work was excellent. He was very attentive to details and did an outstanding job on our deck and patio door. We will definitely be using him again in the future for any contracting needs we have.
Description of Work: Install a 14 x 16 deck and patio door.
