 + -1 moreFirst, the weather postponed the work. Then he contacted me to say he was already overwhelmed in work and had a moving situation. Did not know if he'd be able to do any of it. Really could use a professional handyman that I can count on. The need is there as so many women , single or widowed, need the help. We need dependable, honest, skilled people to help in the maintenance of our homes.

 + -1 moreTodd helped to organize all the professionals (architects, designers, engineers) needed for the design process and managed the subs that were hired to do the work from electrical, site work, plumbing, landscaping, masonry, and others.
Description of Work: Project management for moving us from septic to sewer service, regrading, resurfacing of topography of front of property, redesign of front entry and landscaping of front of house.
