Exceptionally well.

The plumber came, estimated that he would take no more than 3 hours. I live out of town, so was not there to check the time, and feel that they totally took advantage of this. I received no call to say that the work was even completed, despite leaving messages, but did receive a bill for 4.5 hours, quite a bit more than what was estimated. LOUSY, LOUSY! Would recommend staying away from this company!

Replacement went great. It was a two day affair. We got a few quotes and Tognarelli came in with the best price and seemed like the best service. They were very professional throughout the job and made sure to avoid disturbing my work-from-home wife during the two days. They got the whole system up and running except for my kitchen kickplate which I didn?t realize wasn?t working until that night (they didn?t know it was there). When I called the next morning about it they had someone over early that afternoon to bleed it in no time at all. We stayed nice and toasty all winter with plenty of hot water and a much lower gas bill.

If you're a busy person like me, and don't have the time or energy to tolerate a lot of nonsense, this is the kind of contractor you want. You come home and find the work done properly, and within the cost estimate. That was the case with this plumbing contractor.

This Provider really strives for 100% customer satisfaction. They did complete conversion, removal and install of high efficiency combi boiler. A 2 day job from start to finish, all old equipment and tank removed, clean up of site, ran all new gasline to new install. Very professional and preformend as promised at amount quoted. Office Returned all calls promptly and were always willing to help, if needed they sent out somemone to assist and or adjust quickly. Excellent tradesman, professional and experienced. would use again and will continue to use for maintaince services, Thanks Joel and the staff at Tongerelli.

They were great. First off they cam right away when there was aback up in the basement and then they told up about grant programs we could apply for to help pay for the repairs. They came on time, did a nice job and cleaned up after themselves. When a second call was necessary they came right away again and resolved the issue. Do call them when you need heating or plumbing work done.

Both the escavator ( E. Young,s Escavating) and Tognarelli arrived and completed the job fast. They are all very curtious and pleasant to us.

They were on time, pleasant and professional from start to finish. There was a problem that surfaced after installation which they came out the same day for and resolved .We have had no problems with the unit since, after a year of use.

I was referred to Tognarelli by my propane guy when my furnace stopped working, they came quickly and fixed the problem for a reasonable cost.

Their price is pretty good.

They did the work in a timely fashion and within the prescribed parameters. They installed a superb heating system and I was quite pleased with them. They were fine in terms of their pricing.

If you don't mind being completely gouged, use this company. They made 3 separate visits trying to figure out why my boiler was not working. The workman said that the owner Joel was very fair when there was an intermittent problem. This couldn't have been further from the truth. I was charged for time that was longer than the visits. Some of the problems like a bent nozzel they charged me for when they were the only ones who had worked on the furnance for the past few years. For one of the visits, I paid $80 for the serviceman to shake a part he said was stuck (and this did not fix the problem). They also said they had a hard time getting the water back in the pipes after purging the system. This they said took 1.5 hours time ($120), but the problem from that is still there but I'm afraid to have them back in my homeI I ended up paying over $400 for a $110 part and one hour of time to put it in. I had to argue with the owner in order for him to lower it to that. Orignally, they charged me over $500. I will never use this company again. And if you are thinking of hiring them to clean your furnace, please call around and see that their prices are considerably higher than some other reputable companies. I wish I had done that before hiring them.
