SMITH & ASSOC LOCKSMITH SVC

They did a great job. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. I looked on Angie's List to see who was in the area and there was only these guys, Smith and Associates, and there was another company in the next city over which is Turners Falls so I went with the Smith and Associates guys because they were the closest in my city of Greenfield. I called them but a lot of times they don't answer the phone during the day because they are out doing jobs. I left a message and they called me back the next day. They said they were out doing jobs and said they got my message and asked how they can help me so I told them I needed a deadlock put on my front door. He said it's going to be $100. I know a lot of guys do the deadlock work and could be there in a couple of days. I didn't know if that was a reasonable price or not because I didn't compare with anybody else, but I figured that was about reasonable for the guy to come out and work for 30 minutes on the door, and that included the lock too. The guy who came was very professional. I would absolutely use them again.

I use this provider for all my locksmith issues at my work - and we have plenty of issues! They take care of locks for our office doors (various styles), locks for our external doors, and locks for file cabinets and desks. When needed, they are here very quickly. Even routine matters are often taken care of within a few days. They are very reliable.
