+ -1 moreSandri worked closely with us to make sure that they provided the correct motor. Most important, they actually had the motor in their parts department. We did not have to wait on shipping. While waiting for Sandri to determine if they had the right motor, we called several other companies that just gave us a run around. The cost of the Sandri motor was less than if we ordered it on line.
Description of Work: Yesterday, with the temperature at 11 degrees, the exhaust motor on our heater went out and we were without heat. Sandri had a replacement motor in their parts department. Within a few hours the heat was back on.

+ -1 moreMore than one service person tried to figure out our problem. One visit with a serviceperson from ANOTHER company: problem solved.
Description of Work: Failed to accurately assess our multi zone heating/cooling problem, costing us more, since we ultimately hired the job out to another contractor. Multiple calls and emails to the person who handles customer complaints were ignored, When Deerfield Valley Heating and Cooling was bought by Sandri, the quality plummeted. Avoid this company.
