+ -1 moreThis was my first experience with them, and I feel that they ripped me off. After the initial call, the other two callbacks were just that, callbacks. All three times, it was for a malfunctioning furnace and no heat. They rationalized the third callback as a separate call for no heat, and they finally fixed it, but they're billing me and now they've added a $25 collection charge with interest.
Description of Work: They came out three times because a furnace was running rough and blowing smoke. The first time, they cleaned it and put on a new nozzle. The second time, a different repairman came and said the first repairman put in the wrong size nozzle.

Description of Work: I signed a contract and gave a 50% depost to buy and have installed a propane garage heater. They scheduled an install date, above. When the installers arrived the said they didn't know how to intall the model I had paid them for, and tried to get me to let them install another, much more expensive model, and postponed the installation. I asked for, and got, a refund, and started over with another company.
