+ -1 moreThe only word that fits this provider is and quot;Fantasticand quot;. Everything with him from beginning to end was great. His pricing is more than competitive. Always professional and really cares about his work. He works alone so take that into consideration when he gives you an estimate of how long the job will take. He will always do what he can to help. An example is he cleaned out the gutter on the garage while he was up there and pitched the gutter to flow better to the down spout. This is the second time I have used him for roofing and it will not be my last.
Description of Work: Replaced roof on detached garage.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. I called 10 contractors, 6 called back and 3 showed up to give me an estimate. Derrick was the only contractor that followed my request to split out the cost of re-roofing our garage from the main house. He was also the quickest to get us a estimate back and in the end his estimate was in the middle of the 3 estimates we received. One thing that Derrick didn't say during his visit was that he works solo. It makes the job go a little slower but I think it improves the quality. Another roofing company was working on our neighbors house around the same time with a large crew and it gave me an appreciation of how quietly and methodically Derrick worked.
Description of Work: Derrick removed two layers of shingles and all the old homosoate sheathing from our roof and replaced it with plywood, rubber ice shield and new shingles. He also re-roofed our small garage.
