We bought a new electric oven and didn't realize that the old power outlet was insufficient to our needs. Stephen reached back to us quickly and was able to come the same day luckily. It was not an easy fix, but he devised a way. He quoted us an amount that we agreed to. When he was complete, he told us that the job hadn't taken as long as he'd anticipated and charged us $300 less than the bid! I will definitely use him again.

We have called numerous electricians to do some various work around our house and no one showed up or returned our calls. We reached out to Stephen Moro and he not only was responsive but he was able to fit us in sooner than our original appointment. He showed up, did the job, and did it well. He is very knowledgeable and honest. His rates were also very reasonable. We would definitely recommend him and will be using him for all future electrical work.

I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to hire Stephen. We hired him for some routine outlet and fixture work, which he did quickly and very well. Coincidentally around that time we had an emergency power outage related to a faulty main breaker. I called Stephen at 8pm, and he was at our house by 8:45pm. He worked to restore power, and then returned the next day to fix the breaker. He's an excellent communicator, and a very trustworthy electrician.

Stephen Moro is a conscientious, knowledgeable, likeable electrician, with integrity. He initiates communication and gets back quickly â which is important to me (and which other contractors could do much better at). He had 3 days of work to do in the house we recently purchased, and did that work in a complete and professional manner from set up to clean up. He had better ideas about where to install the outlets we needed, and let us know what work could not be done (within our budget) given the age of the house (110 years), and location or condition of existing wiring.
