He kept in contact with me while I waited for the bank to approve my loan and during the job process. Scott could have not been more understanding and courteous during the whole time he spent working my property. He even didn't have a problem removing an extra large bush and tree trunk that we found we didn't discuss during the initial survey. We have had tree work done numerous times in the past, so have plenty of experience with this type of work. I recently hired Southern Berkshire Tree & Land for our latest needs. I cannot say enough positive things about their work! The tree, which was between 200 and 250 years old was massive. Not only excessively tall, but about 18 ft. in diameter. It was also in a precarious area, not only with a neighbor's house and out building very close, but also the yard's fence to consider. Not only did they remove it safely, but they worked (and I can't emphasize this enough) EXTREMELY hard throughout the entire job, which was one of the more difficult ones imaginable. Absolutely no slackers on this crew!! Their dedication and determination was above and beyond. They even cleaned the area up each day, rather than leave us a mess in between. The work was exemplary! I would recommend them to anyone!
