Description of Work: I called to have a cesspool drained, they quoted $500 for 3,000 gallons, ended up being 4,600, as they claimed and charged me $420 for additional 1,600. Trouble is that they only took out about 3,000 gallons, cesspool not emptied or even close! I will never use or recommend this company again! PERIOD!

+ -1 moreThe technician , a pleasant man, was on time for the service appointment as in the past ( every two years schedule), went to find the exact position of the septic tank this to no unnecessary disturbance to the lawn ... very thorough in the cleaning process of the 1000G tank and answered all the questions relevant to our system.

+ -1 moreOK. Never met them as it was just a pump. Found them a little difficult to communicate with - needed faxes, email wasn't working, etc. Had to call back a few times to get them to do the work. Tank is empty now which is what I was looking for.

+ -1 moreHaven't received a bill yet. Septic had an odor; concerned about the leach field. Mt. Everett inspected the property. Determined that it was simply from the heavy rains and ground saturation. Did not try to sell me anything; impressed with that. Showed up when they said; was very responsive to phone calls; very professional. They do not do landscaping, despite the name (a hold-over from a prior time).
Description of Work: Inspection of leach field and assessment of integrity of septic system.
