When the weather forecast changed and predicted heavy snow that day, Steve Marion contacted me and rearranged his schedule to get our heater installed a day early to beat the storm. He and his two workers did a great job with the installation. He gave me the information on the new heater, and they left the work area clean. They even cut to fit and reinstalled the pipe insulation from the old heater. They are knowledgeable, very responsive, courteous, and friendly. Their price was reasonable.
