septic tank
+ -1 moreandaI am disabled and today with on line pay options, I do not readily have snail mail stamps. when they DID ONE pumping, the man left with out taking the check. they came buy again leaving a bill, but again left with out a check. they got paid, late..I admit that, but they got paid. when it came time to pump, they made an appointment...never showed up. I called, they returned my call a week later. we made an appointment, and again, NO SHOW. i called and again a week later got them on the phone. he was interrupted by his wife and then said they refuse to serve me because of that one late payment. I offfered cash payment and she told him to say 'no'. talk about holding a grudge and being juvenile and vindictive about it? I would say, they are NOT professional.
Description of Work: they NEVER SHOWED UP even after making TWO appointments
