+ 0 moreI called in the morning for someone to check the stove for a leak. Todd came out a few hours later. He replaced and fixed what was wrong. He removed his boots before coming inside! Price was well below what I expected for an emergency call out. Professional, friendly, honest. I would definitely recommend America's Original Chimney Sweep Co!

+ -1 moreShowed up on time, was polite and showed concern in wanting to solve the problem. Charged a reasonable price for the time it took to perform the work. The chimney still gets warm, but we have confidence that it is safe. Also, was helpful over the phone prior to hiring for work.
Description of Work: Added insullation between chimney wall and liner above wood insert where chimney was getting warm.

Description of Work: Repaired two chimneys, that had cracked bricks, missing bricks and broken cement. He did not try to persuade me to have the chimneys rebuilt as others had done for much more money.

They were very accommodating and even when I changed my mind about a few things on the stove they re did the work and did not penalize me for it at all. They installed the stove so that it would be most effective and really went above and beyond. The crew was very thorough and professional and I was very happy with their work.
