+ 0 moreLoren is very good at the carpentry and woodwork aspect of home remodelling, but I was disappionted in his painting. Other painters have included patching and sanding of nail holes and minor wall imperffections in their bids, so I assumed this would be the case with Loren when he did some interior painting for me. Not so. He simply painted over those areas. Even spots where he did patch (because I asked him to) weren't done to the level I expected. I also discovered paint on a bedspread and shower curtain once he was gone.
Description of Work: Painted walls, celing, and trim of two inteior rooms.

+ 0 moreHe does real high quality work. He is finishing up today. I've used him before and so has my condo homeowner's association. He is professional and knowledgeable. The quality of his work stands out. He has a very small crew of 2 or 3 people. He will broker a contractor if necessary to do work.
Description of Work: I am using Summit Builders for roofing and skylight installation.
