+ -1 moreWe waited a couple weeks for Tim's schedule to free up. He was up front with us about this to begin with and we were ok with that. He kept in touch and let us know when he was coming. He was in and out in one day and the fence looks good as new!
Description of Work: I had some fence posts that were rotted out and needed replacing. Tim came out to take a look at it and was on time and knowledgable. He also confirmed that the fencing itself had a good amount of life in it and didn't need replacing. We had 7 fence posts replaced.

Description of Work: He came and gave us some quotes on new fencing that we wanted to have installed, as well as alternatives keeping the fence we already had. Very nice guy, honest, was the best quote we got out of them all. However, we just can't afford the project right now. When we can, we will definitely call him to do it!

Description of Work: This was the first part of a multi-part job, putting up a fence to keep our dogs in. Tim was one of four fence companies we asked to look at the job - the first two sounded enthusiastic but neither bothered to get back to us with a quote, possibly because a lot of the ground for a separate part of this job is in difficult terrain (granite bedrock, rocky fill). Tim's quote came in looking very reasonable and we liked his recommendations. He performed the service over a period of three days and was easy to work with. The fence looks terrific - it's aesthetically pleasing and will hold up well. I look forward to the next part of our project, using Tim.

+ -1 moreWhen I was shopping for quotes and prices, Palermo fence was the only company that made me feel comfortable. Not only was their price the best, they were the only company that would replace broken sprinkler heads or pipes if they damaged them during installation (they didn't damage any!). They answered all of my question and made sure I understood everything. Since we have a dog that digs we were very concerned with the fence being tight to the ground, almost into the ground, not only did they say they could install the fence so it was tight and into the ground the quality of the work backed their word. They were very respectful to the fact that we were tight on money and not once did they try to up sell us. They did show us an upgraded version, but it was only to show us the difference in quality and to ensure we knew what we were getting. They were very clean, respectful, and honest. I have recommended them to my neighbors and would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: Installed chain 100' of chain link fence and roughly 100' feet of residential colonial fencing. This was all installed in our back yard which is slopped and angled.
