Mr. Mondello is a very experienced and skilled painter.
He was careful not to put too much paint on the old
ceilings so as not to weigh down the old plaster, so he
painted them all with a brush, using a feathering technique
where you couldn't even see the lines when he was finished.
He knew a lot about what kind of paint to use on old ceilings,
and gave me many tips about preserving old plaster and wood.
His prices are very reasonable, especially considering all the
time he takes to explain the best way to do things. He is also
a very nice and cheerful person to have around.
